เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูดาเปสต์ เยี่ยมชมบูทไทยในงานแสดงสินค้า Utazás 2010 ของฮังการี

เมื่อวันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2553 นายกาญจน์ ชีรานนท์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูดาเปสต์ ได้รับเชิญจากบริษัท Hungexpo เข้าเยี่ยมชมงานแสดงสินค้าและการท่องเที่ยวนานาชาติ “Utazás 2010” จัดขึ้น ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้านานาชาติฮังการี กรุงบูดาเปสต์ โดยมี Ms. Györgyi Iványi ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายพิธีการและการรับรองของบริษัทฯ  ให้การต้อนรับและนำชมงาน โดยแจ้งว่าตลอดเวลาการจัดงาน 4 วัน (4-7 มีนาคม 2553) น่าจะมีผู้มาชมงานฯ มากกว่า 60,000 คน

ในงานนี้ มีผู้ประกอบการไทย จำนวน 2 ราย คือ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานแฟรงค์เฟิร์ต และสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส ร่วมเปิดบูธประชาสัมพันธ์ประเทศไทย โอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้แวะเยี่ยมเยียน บูธไทย และเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพของการท่องเที่ยวไทยในตลาดฮังการีกับผู้แทนไทย รวมทั้ง ผู้บริหารของบริษัทนำเที่ยวชั้นนำอื่นๆ ที่ออกบูธในงานด้วย อาทิ TUI Travel, Neckermann และ Best Reisen

งาน Utazás (แปลว่าท่องเที่ยวในภาษาฮังการี) เป็นงานแสดงสินค้าเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวที่ได้รับความนิยมมากที่สุดในฮังการี จัดขึ้นเป็นประจำช่วงเดือนมีนาคมของทุกปี โดยบริษัท Hungexpo มาแล้ว 33 ครั้ง มีหน่วยงานและผู้ประกอบการทั้งของฮังการีและต่างชาติ จาก 30 ประเทศ ร่วมออกบูธประมาณ 1,000 ราย ในพื้นที่แสดงสินค้า 25,000 ตารางเมตร ครอบคลุมสินค้าและบริการที่เกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวที่หลากหลาย ทั้งในตลาดฮังการีและต่างประเทศ โดยปีนี้ตุรกีได้รับเลือกให้เป็นประเทศนำเสนอ (Featured Country) สำหรับไทยได้เข้าร่วมงานนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 3

Thai Ambassador to Hungary visited the Thailand Booth at Utazás 2010 Fair

On 5 March 2010, H.E. Mr. Karn Chiranond, the Thai Ambassador to Hungary attended the “Utazás 2010 Tourism Fair” upon the invitation of Hungexpo Co. Ltd. at the Hungarian International Fair Ground in Budapest. The Ambassador was welcomed by Ms. Györgyi Iványi, Director of International Congress and Protocol of Hungexpo, who gave a tour of the Fair which expected to receive over 60,000 visitors during the four-day period. (4-7 March 2010)

The Ambassador took this opportunity to visit the Thailand Booth, which was jointly organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (Frankfurt Office) and Bangkok Airways, and discuss with their representatives about the potential of Thai tourism in Hungarian market. The Ambassador also has discussions with executives of other leading travel agencies participating in the Fair such as TUI Travel, Neckermann and Best Reisen.

Utazás (which means travel in Hungarian) is Hungary’s most popular Travel and Tourism Fair which is organised by Hungexpo in March of each year. Utazás 2010 is the 33rd Fair with 1,000 exhibitors from 30 countries showcasing both local and overseas’ products and services in a 25,000 square metre exhibition area. Turkey was selected as this year’s Featured Country. While Thailand’s participation marked its 3rd time.
