On 6 September 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest organised the 4th mobile consular service of 2025 in Zagreb, Croatia, providing passport services, legalisation, and consultation on resolving employer-employee relationship issues for Thai nationals in Zagreb and surrounding areas.

On the same occasion, Ambassador Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena met with the Thai community, emphasising the importance of strengthening the Thai community in Croatia. A strong community would serve as a good foundation for promoting Thailand's image. Additionally, the Ambassador invited participants to join the Muay Thai event at Cvjetni Square, which was held on the same day to promote Thai culture especially Muay Thai.
