From 14 October 2016, numerous representatives of the Diplomatic Corps and Thai Community visited the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest to sign the condolence book for His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Also, on the evening of 14 October 2016 at 21.00 hrs. the Thai Community gathered at the square in front of St. Stephen Basilica in Budapest to hold a vigil for His Majesty King Bhumibol, where hundreds of Thais and foreigners gathered for the vigil.
