The Royal Thai Embassy in Hungary and the Rajamangala University of Technology hosted the Thai Festival at the City Park in Budapest Hungary and the Kempinski Adriatic Hotel in Croatia on 26 and 28 July 2015 respectively. The activities during the Thai Festivals included Thai cooking demonstrations, food tasting and handicraft showcase.  Pad Thai, Somtam and Tomyum soup were popular dishes among visitors while activities such as fruit carving and umbrella painting received a lot of attention from children and women, who actively participated in both activities.

                The Thai festivals in Hungary and Croatia received interest from representatives of the media, food lovers and people with interest in travelling to Thailand in both countries.
