1. Full Name
- DO NOT misspell your own name
- DO NOT leave out some parts of the full name
- DO NOT use special characters (ú, ü, ó, ő, á, é, etc.). Only use English alphabet.
- DO NOT use your Birth Name if you have changed your name.
- DO NOT use – (dash) or N/A or X or anything else to indicate that you do not have a middle name. Just leave that field blank.
- DO NOT fill in an online application form with a different name from that on the passport
- If you have multiple middle names on other identification documents, please enter only the middle name(s) exactly as shown on your passport.
- Example: if your full name is Rozalia Irma Handra, please fill in the entire name:
- First name: Rozalia
- Middle Name: Irma
- Surname: Handra
- If your first name is Rozalia, you have to fill in Rozalia, NOT Rozi. Please stick to the details in your passport that are used to apply for an e-Visa.
- DO NOT fill in your first name and middle name in the same field.
- DO NOT miss out a space when there is space.
- DO NOT fill in any initial(s).

- DO NOT fill in the date of issue and the date of expiry incorrectly.

3. Supporting Documents
- ONLY SUBMIT requested or indicated document(s) in the application.
- DO NOT submit financial evidence showing an unreasonable or balance for your stay.
- For a tourist visa, the recommended minimum balance is approximately 1,000 EUR per 30 days of stay in Thailand.
- Do not omit any required supporting documents.

4. Email
- DO NOT mistype your email address.
- DO NOT use an email account that is full, inactive, or rarely checked.
IMPORTANT
- All automatic communications from the e-Visa system will be sent to the email address you provided.
- This includes notifications and delivery of your visa once approved.
