On 24 April 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest, together with the Office of Commercial Affairs (Thai Trade Center), gave a briefing to the participants of the training course "Financial and Fiscal Management Programme for Senior Executives (batch 11)” led by Ms. Sudtai Chaijuntuk, Director of Public Audit Division Acting and Advisor of Accounting System Development, and Ms. Tiwaporn Phasuk, Deputy of Comptroller-General.

 

On the same day, the participants received a briefing from the Ministry of Finance of Hungary on (1) the Hungarian fiscal policy on economic downturn management, (2) the budget management including the budget process (preparation, execution, supervision), the budget legislation, and the role of audit and control in combatting corruption and fraud, (3) the implementation of technology in fiscal management system, and (4) the policy and the administration of tax and customs.
