Mr. Gabor Czinke, President of the Thai Boxing Academy and Mr. Nipon Pertchpornprapas, Ambassador of Thailand to Hungary, on 29 July 2023 jointly held a press conference on the “Muay Thai Summer Training Camp,” to be organized in Balatonalmadi between 30 July – 5 August.

The one-week Muay training camp, will be attended by athletes, competitors and coaches from Hungary and other European countries, with Kru Din (Mr. Wittawat Khasom), one of Thailand’s best known Muay Thia masters, serving as the instructor along with his daughter (Miss Patchayaporn Khasom). In his interview to the press, Ambassador Nipon expressed his appreciation to the organizer and participants of the camp, which coincides with the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hungarian – Thai diplomatic relations, and will help promote cooperation between the two countries in the fields of sports and culture.
