The Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest, led by Chargé d'Affaires Nopakhun Luichant, conducted mobile consular services in Zagreb, Croatia, from Jan 31st to Feb 2nd, 2024.

On January 31, the delegation commenced their visit by engaging with HS Produkt, a renowned firearms manufacturing facility based in Karlovac. Mr. Željko Pavlin, CEO of HS Produkt, warmly welcomed the delegation, providing insights into their product range, including the widely acclaimed HS2000 and XDM series semi-automatic pistols, and VHS assault rifles. Notably, the company has supplied over 2,000 firearms to Thailand. The visit also included an immersive tour of the production area and a hands-on experience at the factory’s shooting range.

On February 1, the mobile consular services were provided at the Sheraton Hotel, Zagreb. A total of 17 Thai nationals received passport services, while 52 benefited from legalization services, underscoring the embassy’s commitment to facilitating essential consular assistance.

On February 2, the delegation extended support to a Thai patient undergoing intensive care at the University Hospital Center Zagreb - Rebro. Chargé d'Affaires Nopakhun discussed with the head doctor to ensure comprehensive treatment for the Thai patient.
