On 10 October 2020, H.E. Mr. Bhakavat Tanskul, Ambassador of Thailand, presided over and gave opening remarks at the IFMA Hungarian Muay Thai Championship 2020 organized by the Hungarian Muay Thai Federation, in Budapest, Hungary. The competition consists of 31 bouts of 62 talented boxers and more than 200 people of cheering teams and spectators. Muay Thai as an international spectator sport and physical exercise helps promote healthy lifestyle, happiness and cultural exchange. Muay Thai has gained increasing popularity among the Hungarian sport fans in the past few years. Giving its unique identity, Muay Thai plays viral role in enhancing better understandings about Thailand’s culture among our friends in Hungary.
