The Doctor of Philosophy Program in Governance and Development (International Program) at the Graduate School of Public Administration, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), Thailand, is now accepting applications from both Thai and international students for the first semester of the 2025 academic year (August 2025 intake). 

The application period runs from 3 February – 3 July 2025, and is open to both regular applicants and scholarship applicants. Those selected for the scholarship program will receive a tuition fee waiver.
