Purpose of Visit: This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter Thailand for tourism purposes only.

1. Single Entry

Travellers will be allowed to stay in Thailand for a period of up to 60 days, counting from the date of entry. Extension is possible for another 30 days, with a maximum period of stay of 90 days, counting from the date of entry.

Application fee: 35 euro (non-refundable).

Required Documents:

    1. Actual Passport or Travel Document (must not expire within 6 months and contain at least ONE completely empty visa page).

    2. Passport-size photographs (2x2″)

        •  Photographs must have a light-colored background

        •  Full-face view of the person without wearing a hat or dark glasses and covering up the shoulders

        •  Photos must be taken within 6 months

    3. Evidence of return air-tickets and accommodation booking (at least for the first trip to Thailand).

    4. Visa application form duly filled out.

    5. Signed declaration form (download HERE).

    6. Financial evidence, e.g., bank statements, proof of earnings, sponsorship letter (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family).

    7. Confirmation of legal residence in a country in which you are applying for the visa. (In case you are not a national of the country in which you are applying for the visa).

    8. E-Visa via a specific Embassy/Consulate conforming with his/her consular jurisdiction and residency.

    9. Documents that can verify his/her current residency.

    10. Please upload your picture holding the photo and the information page of the passport.

2. Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV)

The visa is valid for 6 months, and the passport holder is allowed to stay in Thailand for up to 60 days per visit. This stay can be extended for another 30 days, for a maximum total of 90 days from the date of entry. After this period, you must leave the country; however, you can re-enter at any time within the visa's validity period.

Application fee: 175 euro (non-refundable)

Required Documents:

    1. Actual Passport or Travel Document (Must not expire within 6 months and contain at least ONE completely empty visa page).

    2. Passport-size photographs (2x2″)

        •  Photographs must have a light-colored background

        •  Full-face view of the person without wearing a hat or dark glasses, and covering up the shoulders

        •  Photos must be taken within 6 months

    3. Evidence of return air-tickets and accommodation booking (at least for the first trip to Thailand).

    4. Visa application form duly filled out.

    5. Evidence of the current financial statement of at least 200,000 Baht (equivalent to 5,000 euro) per person for the last six months.

For minors under 20 years old, please provide the following documents:

        •  Copy of a birth certificate

        •  Copy of marriage certificate, in case of sole custody notarized copy of the court order must be provided

        •  Copy of passports or ID of mother and father/legal guardian

        •  Original letter of notarized consent for the minor to travel abroad from the mother and father/legal guardian
