On 15-17 September 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy with the support of Dr. Stjepan Ćurić, who is the Honorary Consul - designate of Thailand in Zagreb, Croatia, has led a Thai cultural dance troupe from Kalasin College of Dramatic Arts, to participate in the “Vinkovacke Jeseni Festival” of the city of Vinkovci, which is Croatia’ s largest annual cultural event. The Thai cultural performances are highly admired by thousands of Croatians and foreign tourists, and receive wide coverage from the local medias.

On this occasion, Ambassador Nipon Petchpornprapas and Dr. Stjepan Ćurić, accompany the Thai dance troupe to meet with Dr. Josip Romic, Deputy Mayor of Vinkovci. During the meeting, both sides express satisfaction at Thai participation in the Vinkovacke Jeseni Festival, which helps strengthen the cultural exchange and people to people contact between Thailand and Croatia.
