On 3 August 2026, H.E. Mr. Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena, Ambassador of Thailand to Hungary, together with officials and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest, as well as members of the Thai and Hungarian communities, participated in a volunteer activity to clean up the grounds of Wat Thai Rattanaprateep in Budapest following the conclusion of the temple’s 12th Anniversary Celebration and the 2026 Annual Buddhist Lent Candle Offering Ceremony.

Participants worked together to clean, and organise the temple grounds to ensure that the premises remain clean, orderly, and well-prepared for future religious activities and ceremonies.
