On 16 June 2025, Mr. Nopakhun Luichant, Chargé d'Affaires, met with the Thai community in Hungary at the 11th anniversary celebration of Wat Thairattanaprateep, Budapest. He provided the Thai community with updates on several topics, including the Embassy's role in strengthening the Thai community in Hungary, the Embassy's active role in providing information on new Hungarian immigration laws impacting Thai nationals, and the Embassy's support for the temple and the Thai community leaders. Mr. Luichant, together with officials and staff from the Embassy, and the participants, cleaned up the temple area after the event to commemorate on the occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana of Thailand (3 June 2025).
