On 4 April 2025, H.E. Mr. Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena signed the Book of Condolences at the Embassy of Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Hungary, to express condolences on the passing at the age of 102 of H.E. General Khamtay Siphandone, the former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and former President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, on 2 April 2025. The Ambassador was received by H.E. Mr. Khamphone Vongsanty, Ambassador of Lao PDR.
