On 23 April 2025, H.E. Mr. Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena signed the Book of Condolences at the Apostolic Nunciature to Hungary on the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis, the 266^th Pontiff and Sovereign of the Vatican City State, who passed away at the age of 88 at the Vatican on April 21, 2025. The Ambassador was received by H.E. Archbishop Michael Wallace Banach, Apostolic Nuncio to Hungary.
