Invitation to Bid for Organisation of Thai Festival in Budapest

The Royal Thai Embassy, Budapest, will organise the Thai Festival in Budapest on 15 September 2024 at Hungarian National Museum (Magyar Nemzeti Múzeum) at 14-16 Múzeum krt, Budapest, 1088, and would like to contract an organizer for the event. Initial responsibility of the contracted party includes stage setup for cultural performances, installation of light and sound system, installation of stalls for participants of the event from the private sector, as well as acquisition of all necessary permits from relevant Hungarian authorities.

The Royal Thai Embassy, Budapest, would like to invite all interested parties to make a bid for the above-mentioned event. Further details can be requested; and bids can be made at the Royal Thai Embassy, Budapest, 79 Verecke út, Budapest, 1025, Tel. +36-1 438-4020, during official hours, from now until 11 September 2024.
