On 4 April 2025, Ambassador Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena, along with officials and staff from the Embassy, visited the Herend Porcelain Minimanufactory and Museum. The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Attila Simon, CEO of the company. Established in 1826 in the town of Herend, Hungary, the Herend Porcelain Manufactory is renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and luxurious porcelain artistry. The factory continues to produce its iconic classic designs, which reflects the brand’s enduring artistic heritage and exceptional quality.

 

On this occasion, both parties discussed opportunities for future cooperation between Thailand and Veszprém County. As the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Veszprém, Mr. Simon expressed his willingness to support economic and educational collaboration, particularly with the University of Pannonia, with which he has a close relationship.
