On 25 March 2025, Ambassador Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena attended a reception at Amadria Park Hotel Capital hosted by Mr. Stjepan Ćurić, Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand in Zagreb, on the occasion of the reopening of the Royal Thai Honorary Consulate, Zagreb. The reception was presided by the Guest of Honour, Ambassador Neven Pelicarić, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Croatia for Foreign and European Policy. On this occasion, the Ambassador expressed his congratulations and presented supplies and equipment for the reopening of the aforementioned Honorary Consulate.
