The Royal Thai Government provides training fellowship under the Annual International Training Courses (AITC) Programme to eligible countries such as Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Kosovo. The application form, together with the required supporting documents, should be submitted to the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest through the relevant government agencies of each country before the closing date of each course.
