Thailand will exempt its 35 euro visa fee for a single entry tourist visa from 1 December 2016 to 28 February 2017. During the same period the visa fee for visa on arrival will be reduced from 2,000 baht to 1,000 baht for nationalities of Andorra, Bulgaria, Bhutan, China, Ethiopia, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Tourists who are granted visa on arrival will be allowed to stay in Thailand for 15 days.
