On 21-23 September 2016, the Thai Trade Center, which is part of the Royal Thai Embassy in Buddapest, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand brought a delegation of Thai entrepreneurs in the food, textile, air conditioning and spa product industries to explore business opportunities in Hungary. The delegation received a briefing from the representative of the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA) and joined business partnering activity with their Hungarian counterpart. They also visited the factory of Thai President Foods (Hungary) in Esztergom which manufactures instant noodles and is the first and largest Thai investment in Hungary.
