On 16 August 2016, General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of Thailand attended the International Conference on Blue Ocean Strategy at Putra Jaya, Malaysia. He had a statement during the Leader's Discussion with the Prime Minister of Malaysia, King of Swaziland, Vice President of Maldive and President of Nauru.
