On 27 July 2016, Her Excellency Mrs. Kanthong Unakul, Ambassador of Thailand presided over a ceremony to celebrate the auspicious occasion of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn's 64^th Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2016 at the Thai Temple in Budapest.

During the ceremony, the Thai Ambassadors and Thai community in Hungary paid homage to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, and wished for His Royal Highness to have good health, a long life and happiness.

Following the ceremony, the Thai Ambassador and Thai community gave alms to the Thai monks, and joined together for a luncheon on this occasion.
